Return policy – store purchase

We accept returns of store purchases for our big and tall shoes within 10 days of purchase, for an exchange or store credit. There is no refund. If returned, your big and tall shoes have to be unworn, including the original receipt and original intact packaging. We do not accept returns on " sale " items or clearance. All big and tall shoes sold as a clearance, are considered a final sale.

*IMPORTANT: In-store purchases of big and tall shoes cannot be return by mail, please bring them back directly to the store for an exchange or future credit. There are no refunds. The in-store return policy differs from the online policy.

Big and tall shoes purchased online are returnable within 10 days of the shipping date. There are no refunds for online purchases. All big and tall shoes returned will be exchangeable only. If an exchange is not made, a store credit will be issued to the customer for a future purchase.
