Our goal is your total satisfaction. If a store’s purchase is not what you have expected and you would like to bring it back, you can do so by simply bringing back the big and tall shoes under our different terms and conditions found in this section.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the region and city, postal deliveries may vary in time from 1 to 10 days. When your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with a Canada Post tracking number. Here are the offered shipping options. All fees are estimated and will be confirmed to you, before being added to your final bill.


All shipping and billing addresses must be located in Canada.

Billing address must match the credit card holder’s information.


Once you have placed your big and tall shoe order, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number. Please keep this order number for all future inquiries or order tracking.



  • Regular Canada Post service fees depends on each Canadian province.
  • Please note that in busy periods, shipping delays may occur.
  • Extra fees will be added to destinations such at Nunavut, Yukon, North-West territories and other Canadian provinces.
